To produce destination and listing recommendations, to deliver the enquiries you choose to send, to moderate reviews, to keep the service secure, and to improve the product.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your budget or guest details with a business unless you send them an enquiry.

Who receives your information

Wedding businesses receive only the content of enquiries you deliberately send them.

Service providers who host, secure and operate the platform on our behalf, under contract and only for those purposes.

Authorities, where a valid legal obligation requires disclosure.

Retention

Account and planning data is kept while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards so you can restore it. Published reviews may remain after account deletion in anonymised form.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may request access to, correction of, export of or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
