What Vow Atlas is

Vow Atlas is an information and discovery platform for destination weddings. We publish guides, listings, estimated pricing and moderated reviews.

We are not a travel agency, tour operator, booking engine or wedding planner. We do not sell availability, hold funds, or act as agent for any business listed on the platform.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell or republish our content; do not submit false, misleading or defamatory material; do not impersonate a business or a couple; do not attempt to interfere with the security of the platform.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of the reviews, photographs and other content you submit, and you grant Vow Atlas a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, moderate and distribute it in connection with the service.

We may edit for clarity, decline or remove content that breaches these terms or the Review Guidelines.

Third-party businesses

Contracts for venues, planning, vendor services and accommodation are formed directly between you and that business. Vow Atlas is not a party to them and is not responsible for their performance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vow Atlas is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on estimated pricing or user-submitted content.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
