Listing accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing: capacity, inclusions, exclusions, policies, languages and contact details. Materially inaccurate listings may be suspended.

Pricing

Published prices must be genuine starting prices that a couple could realistically be quoted today, with the unit stated (per event, per guest, per night).

Every price carries a source label and a last-verified date. If a price is no longer current, update it or mark it unavailable — do not leave a stale figure in place.

Enquiries

Enquiries delivered through Vow Atlas may be used only to respond to that couple. They may not be added to marketing lists or shared with third parties.

We ask for a response within five working days, including when the answer is that you are unavailable.

Reviews

You may not solicit, incentivise, write or arrange reviews of your own listing. You may respond publicly once per review under the Review Guidelines.

Ranking

Position in results is determined by fit with the couple's stated criteria and by listing completeness. Ranking cannot be purchased and no sponsored placement is offered.

Suspension

We may suspend or remove a listing for repeated inaccuracy, non-response, review manipulation, or conduct that puts couples at risk. Where practical we will notify you first and allow a correction period.
